Polina Melamud, MSN, APRN-BC, is a board certified nurse practitioner specializing in urologic medical management. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, and practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2011, she brings a depth of knowledge and heartfelt dedication to each patient interaction and the development of our practice. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, her career reflects a lifelong commitment to serving others through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Over the course of two decades, Polina has had the privilege of caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. As a nurse practitioner, her mission is clear: to listen deeply, to treat thoughtfully, and to advocate fiercely for each individual who seeks out our care.

Polina opened this practice to assure patients can receive optimal, individualized care in an approachable setting. Through years of clinical practice and leadership, she has learned that true healing begins with trust.
